Space Systems TeamOur Space Systems team is responsible for designing, creating, and assembling satellites for missions across commercial, government, and defense sectors. We are seeking Spacecraft Systems Engineers I/II to join our systems engineering teams based in Littleton, CO. These teams support our Space Systems division and lead cutting-edge programs for civil, commercial, and defense customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain technical budgets, requirements definition, test planning, and execution
- Lead and own technical development of spacecraft missions
- Assist with program and product management
- Develop interface specifications, CONOPS definition, and other design documents
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (software, computer, electrical, aerospace, mechanical, or other technical engineering discipline)
- Engineering experience in the aerospace industry
- Experience supporting satellite or spacecraft development programs
- Master's or PhD engineering in engineering (software, computer, electrical, aerospace, mechanical, or other technical engineering discipline)
- Understanding of key spacecraft subsystems and their associated components
- Experience with MATLAB, Python, and STK
- Experience with requirement management tools such as JAMA or DOORS
