Job Summary

The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of security officers to ensure a safe and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the delivery of security services on a specific shift at an assigned customer site.
  • Act as a liaison between site supervisors, account managers, and field operations managers to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline to security officers within approved empowerment ranges.
  • Administer JSAs and safety programs to ensure compliance with corporate procedures and site-specific hazards.
  • Assist account managers and operations managers in managing uniforms, equipment, supplies, and vehicles utilized at the account.
Requirements
  • Be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hold a valid California Guard Card and meet all state and local licensing requirements.
  • Successfully complete a background investigation and drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Have intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology at client-specific sites.
