Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain network voice infrastructure, including Cisco Voice, Contact Centre, MS Teams, and Amazon Connect.
- Coordinate with OEM support for technical assistance and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members on network voice infrastructure.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve network voice performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of network voice infrastructure with other systems.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure Tata Consultancy Services remains at the forefront of network voice innovation.
Requirements:
- At least 8 years of experience in managing network voice infrastructure.
- Excellent knowledge of network voice infrastructure, including Cisco, InContact, MS Teams, Polycom, and SBC.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and data centre operations.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and off-business hours.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
