Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians to ensure the efficient operation of industrial machinery and equipment
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and optimize performance
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance activities to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure that maintenance activities do not disrupt production schedules
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and job safety analysis (JSA) documents to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Program and troubleshoot programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to optimize equipment performance
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including daily logs and equipment histories
- Communicate effectively with production teams, management, and other stakeholders to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with business objectives
- 10 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with a strong background in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
- Working knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required
- High school diploma or equivalent, or technical school training preferred
- Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computers
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds required
- Regular, consistent attendance of scheduled shifts required
