Job Title: Robotics/Automation Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled Robotics/Automation Scientist to join our team at AA2IT. As a key member of our laboratory operations team, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of automated platforms and assays to support regulated bioanalysis and analytical development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and integrate various automated systems and laboratory equipment.
  • Operational troubleshooting and error recovery for laboratory equipment.
  • Follow/Develop Assay SOPs including robotic operations.
  • Work in a structured environment under direct to moderate supervision.
  • Adhere to GLP regulations and safety requirements in BSL-2.
  • Contribute to the validation and implementation of Client automated workflows.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in life sciences, engineering, or equivalent scientific degree with a laboratory background.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience with laboratory liquid handler (Beckman/Hamilton) and electronic laboratory notebooks.
  • Familiarity with Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and experience in cell culture and cell-based assays.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in a regulated environment (GxP, preferably GLP) and instrument validation experience.
  • Working experience in a fast-paced environment to operate automated laboratory equipment and systems.
