ROLE OVERVIEW:
The Procurement Operations (PO) division is dedicated to developing service providers to proactively address structural issues and ensure the fulfillment of supply chain delivery objectives during significant production increases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire Supply Chain process in collaboration with Procurement Officers and Service Provider Development teams to enhance timely and quality delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with Supply Chain management standards across all product categories.
  • Identify and resolve supply chain discrepancies, empowering plant teams to take action.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to Management and/or Program teams.
  • Engage with Community Leaders to mobilize expertise for recovery strategies.
  • Track Service Provider performance against contractual standards and provide insights for potential claims.

To achieve these objectives, the PO team:
  • Is accountable for both the "Supply Process" and the "Supplier Control" process, contributing to the establishment of standards, including process definition, change management, support, and training.
  • Leads trans PO projects by harmonizing and standardizing processes, supported by appropriate information systems, methodologies, skills, and training.
  • Monitors and reports on supply chain performance metrics.

The current landscape of Service Providers is diverse, with numerous contracts featuring varying governance and service levels. This presents an opportunity for IBA Infotech Inc. to streamline operations by consolidating contracts into a comprehensive package with external Service Providers.

Responsibilities of the Aircraft Manager:
  • Mitigate issues and their business impacts.
  • Resolve challenges effectively.
  • Accelerate delivery timelines and minimize shortages.
  • Address quality concerns promptly.
  • Maintain improvements and performance standards.

This role requires a versatile skill set, including:
  • A degree in Engineering.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in Supply Chain, Final Assembly Line (FAL), Manufacturing, or Quality.

Essential Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and navigate challenges.
  • Proficiency in industrial engineering techniques and lean methodologies.
  • High initiative, autonomy, innovation, and practicality.
  • Familiarity with diagnostic tools such as Value Stream Mapping (VSM), material flow analysis, and capacity analysis.
