Key Responsibilities- Perform advanced vocational nursing work, including providing care, treatment, and general welfare to individuals in need.
- Collect specimens for lab work and conduct health screenings as needed.
- Instruct direct support professionals and other staff on how to provide service and care that support individual medical needs.
- Perform technical nursing procedures according to facility and state regulations.
- Monitor and oversee the work of LVNs, providing direction and assistance as needed.
- Evaluate nursing intervention outcomes and provide input to other members of the healthcare team.
- Valid LVN license in the state of Texas.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound judgments in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
