Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN Labor and Delivery Triage/Postpartum Nurse to join our team at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett. As a member of our nursing team, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to labor and delivery patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Monitor and manage patient's vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, and oxygen saturation.
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.
  • Assist with deliveries and provide postpartum care to new mothers and their babies.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Washington Registered Nurse License.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
  • National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics certification.
  • 1 year of nursing experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • National Certification in area of specialty.
