Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Roofing Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough roof inspections, assisting customers in initiating insurance claims, and building strong relationships with insurance adjustors and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct property/roofing inspections to assess for any damages
  • Maintain strong relationships with insurance adjustors
  • Build and maintain relations with new and established clients by utilizing sales techniques to provide the necessary information so the client can make informed decisions about their restoration and remodeling needs
  • Act as a liaison between insurance adjusters and customers to provide evidence of qualifying damages
  • Develop an effective pipeline of clients to follow up with and offer new opportunities or promotions
  • Meet sales goals

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Outside sales experience preferred
  • Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Comfortable with the physical demands (i.e. utilizing ladder to access the roof and perform inspection)
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to document and input information accurately
  • Roofing sales and/or Home Improvement experience is a PLUS
