Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and creating a friendly and fun atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Present menus and take orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Establish rapport with guests and create a positive dining experience.
  • Manage assigned section and provide superb service following our service standards.
  • Accurately input orders and deliver food, wine, and beverages.
  • Reconcile checks and thank guests for their visit.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • Basic math skills and ability to perform calculations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Must be able to obtain proper food handler certification and RAMP certification.

Physical Demands:

  • Walking 75% of the time.
  • Standing 10% of the time.
  • Bending and lifting 15% of the time.
