Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations and determine individual care needs
  • Identify and implement suitable nursing interventions
  • Deliver care tailored to the patient's condition and age
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of medical necessity in patient records
  • Oversee the development and updates of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
  • Carry out timely quality improvement assessments
  • Perform additional duties as required
Required Qualifications:
  • Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse
  • CPR/BCLS certification; ACLS certification preferred
  • CRRN certification preferred
  • At least six months of experience in a Medical/Surgical acute care environment preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal abilities

Salary range: $44 - $65 per hour. Compensation will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
