**Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify training and development activities align with the organization's mission and vision.
  • Assist in developing and delivering brand and service-related topics.
  • Support planning and execution of key learning delivery and leadership development activities.
  • Facilitate specified on-property training, including core required training and brand training for hourly associates, supervisors, and leaders.

**Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; supervisory experience preferred.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Benefits:**

Marriott International offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development. We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from diverse candidates.

As a Training Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about learning and development. You will be responsible for supporting the planning and execution of training programs, as well as facilitating on-property training sessions.

In this role, you will work closely with HR and operations leaders to ensure compliance with training requirements. You will also be responsible for managing inventory of training materials and supplies, as well as preparing for training classes.
