Job Overview

The Reservations Sales & Marketing Agent is responsible for addressing guest inquiries with professionalism and a warm, engaging demeanor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Efficiently managing incoming calls and directing them as necessary.
  • Maximizing opportunities to secure reservations for accommodations, dining, and entertainment.
  • Entering reservation details into the designated computer systems accurately.
  • Providing callers with necessary confirmation details.
  • Communicating the luxury standards associated with the Wynn/Encore brand, sharing insights about the property and its offerings.
  • Listening attentively and documenting information accurately during calls.
  • Facilitating reservations for amenities such as golf, spa, salon, or nightlife experiences as required.
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Compliance with all standards, policies, and procedures established for Wynn Las Vegas and the department.
  • Flexibility to work a schedule that adapts to business needs.
  • Fluent and professional communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a high-volume call center environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office and capable of typing at least 30 words per minute.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team setting.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain any required licensing or active work cards for this position.
