Upper School
St. Luke's School, a distinguished secular, college-preparatory institution, is in search of a dedicated Soccer Assistant for the upcoming season. This co-educational day school serves a vibrant community of 600 students in grades 5 through 12.
St. Luke's competes within the Fairchester Athletic Association (FAA) and the New England Prep School Athletic Conference (NEPSAC), fostering a competitive spirit and a commitment to excellence.

- Proven ability to guide student-athletes aspiring to compete at higher levels.
Core Responsibilities:
- Act as a motivating leader for student-athletes, nurturing their growth and the overall development of the soccer program from grades 5-12, including oversight of the middle school initiatives.
- Manage all aspects of the program, including pre-season training, tryouts, regular season practices, and coaching during home and away games, extending through post-season competitions.
- Build and maintain relationships with college coaches, representing our school and program positively.
- Serve as an ambassador for the school and program to prospective student-athletes.
- Assist in managing the team's equipment inventory in collaboration with athletic administration.
- Collaborate with athletic training staff to ensure the health and safety of all student-athletes at all times.
- Represent the school and program at all league and conference meetings.
- Fulfill additional duties as assigned by the Athletic Director.
Logistical Information:
This is a seasonal part-time role lasting approximately 12 weeks.
The daily schedule is Monday to Friday from 3 PM to 6 PM, with occasional commitments on Saturdays.
Possession of an activity vehicle license endorsement is highly preferred.
CPR training will be provided and is mandatory.
