Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician II to join our team at IMS People. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine and emergency maintenance on building and equipment to ensure continuous operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine and emergency maintenance on building and equipment to ensure continuous operation.
  • Install new equipment and perform building construction.
  • Read and understand safety rules and housekeeping guidelines.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and LOTO procedures.
  • Operate and maintain boiler, plant air system, plant steam system, plant fire system, and wastewater treatment system.
  • Set up and run manufacturing production equipment, including setting tolerances and replacing/paralleling rolls.
  • Use drawings/prints to repair, rebuild, and troubleshoot production equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical problems up to 480 volts 3 phase.
  • Install new equipment involving conduit, layout, sizing, and bending.
Requirements
  • Ability to read and understand safety rules and housekeeping guidelines.
  • Ability to perform preventative maintenance and LOTO procedures.
  • Knowledge of electrical systems and ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical problems up to 480 volts 3 phase.
  • Ability to operate and maintain boiler, plant air system, plant steam system, plant fire system, and wastewater treatment system.
  • Ability to set up and run manufacturing production equipment, including setting tolerances and replacing/paralleling rolls.
