As a Portfolio Analytics Specialist at Capital Group, you will play a crucial role in driving investment insights.

Your primary responsibility will be to produce both standardized and bespoke investment analyses to bolster the efforts of the North American Client Group (NACG) in asset acquisition and retention. You will ensure timely delivery of these analyses while engaging with associates to ascertain the necessary insights and commentary required for effective sales training.

Your contributions will include:

  • Generating templated reports and tailored research on investment products and portfolios.
  • Delivering proactive custom research and analytics to enhance business strategies.
  • Maintaining open lines of communication to facilitate prompt analysis.
  • Observing portfolio consultations and supporting the consulting team with additional analysis and insights.
  • Acting as a technical authority on the portfolio consulting report suite and associated technologies.
  • Participating in or leading relevant projects as assigned.
  • Holding the Security Industry Essentials (SIE) certification is a prerequisite for application.
  • Completion of Series 7, and 63/65 or 66 is required.
  • A bachelor's degree is essential.
  • Possessing the ability to pursue CIMA, CFA, and/or CFP or similar designations is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits:

In addition to a competitive base salary, you will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, as well as Capital's annual profitability bonus. Furthermore, a retirement plan is available where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
