Francis Lorraine Inc is seeking an experienced Litigation Specialist - Civil Cases to join our team in Southern California. This is a great opportunity for a driven attorney to grow their career in a fast-paced environment with direct exposure to complex litigation.

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled attorney with 5-10+ years of experience in civil litigation, preferably in toxic tort, product liability, or personal injury defense. The ideal candidate will have strong legal research, writing, and case management skills, as well as experience in both state and federal courts.

  • Represent clients in all phases of litigation, from pre-trial through trial and appeals.
  • Handle complex civil litigation cases, including product liability, toxic tort, and commercial disputes.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and manage discovery.
  • Conduct legal research and provide strategic legal advice to clients.
  • Attend depositions, mediations, and assist in trial preparations.
