Litigation Specialist

Francis Lorraine Inc seeks an experienced Litigation Specialist to join our civil litigation team in Southern California.

Salary: $178,000 - $238,000

We are a well-established law firm that specializes in a broad range of civil litigation matters, including commercial disputes, product liability, and personal injury defense. As a Litigation Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work on complex cases, represent clients in all phases of litigation, and provide strategic legal advice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in state and federal courts
• Handle complex civil litigation cases, including commercial disputes and product liability
• Draft pleadings, motions, and manage discovery
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic legal advice to clients
• Attend depositions, mediations, and assist in trial preparations

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in California
• 5-10+ years of civil litigation experience, preferably in toxic tort, product liability, or personal injury defense
• Strong legal research, writing, and case management skills
• Experience in both state and federal courts is preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple case deadlines
