Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in leadership roles in sales or customer service in a professional or personal capacity.
  • Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Preferred: Associate degree or higher in business or related field.
  • Preferred: Previous supervisory experience, including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Preferred: Car Wash experience.
