About the Role

Bruker is seeking an experienced DVT Engineer to join our development team in San Jose. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and testing our existing and new designs, as well as developing and improving our testing environment.

Responsibilities
  • Design Validation testing of hardware and software for new or custom products.
  • Provide validation testing of new hardware for new products to verify that the new design meets all product requirements.
  • Analyze data from validation tests to determine whether systems and processes meet required criteria and specifications.
  • Develop new and improve existing test procedures.
  • Participate in software regression testing.
  • Maintain databases for tracking test results.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical qualifications in Materials Science, Electrical, Physics or Mechanical Engineering with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Relevant metrology experience and knowledge in interferometry is an advantage.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, Excel.
