Job Description

As a Speech Therapist for Soliant Health, you will be responsible for providing speech services to school-aged students ranging from K-12th grade. Your exact caseload will be based on your experience and availability.

Responsibilities:
  • Assessment and Treatment Planning: Assess and identify speech and language disorders, develop and implement tailored treatment plans to address the needs of your students.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with educators, parents, and professionals to ensure that your students receive comprehensive support and services.
  • Direct Therapy Services: Provide direct therapy services to students, monitor their progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • IEP Meetings and Support: Contribute to IEP meetings, provide support to teachers, and ensure that students receive the services they need to succeed.
Qualifications:
  • Education and Licensure: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current New Jersey state licensure required.
  • Experience and Certification: CCC-SLP preferred, but CFY-SLPs are welcome to apply.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills required to work effectively with students, educators, and parents.
  • Assessment Tools and Techniques: Knowledge of assessment tools and therapeutic techniques necessary to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • IEP Development and Implementation: Understanding of IEP development and implementation required to ensure that students receive comprehensive support and services.
