The Laurels of Athens seeks a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care services and health education to our valued guests. As a RN, you will work closely with our team to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care.
Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
Job Description
- Plan, coordinate, and provide nursing care services to guests, including assessing their health needs and developing individualized care plans.
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other team members who provide care to guests, ensuring that they receive safe and effective care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, monitoring patients' responses and adjusting care plans as needed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of guests.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- 0-3 years of experience in long-term care settings, preferably in gerontology or rehabilitation
- CPR certification
