Certified Respiratory Therapist

About the Role
HCA Florida Kendall Hospital is seeking a Certified Respiratory Therapist to join our team. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will work in the inpatient and/or outpatient setting providing a wide-range of treatment, care and evaluation for patients with respiratory insufficiencies.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and assess responses to ordered therapy per plan of care including routine and intensive therapy and diagnostic procedures.
- Measure ventilator volumes, pressures and blood gas analysis.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition and general acceptance of treatment.
- Perform a variety of duties related to setting up, operating, cleaning, sterilizing, and storing respiratory therapy equipment.
Requirements
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- RRT/Respiratory Care Practitioner (RRT / RCP).
- Vocational School Graduate.
