Guest Advocate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Advocate to join our team. As a Guest Advocate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience, and driving sales growth in our smallest format stores.

• Provide personalized guest service, anticipating and meeting the needs of our guests.
• Ensure the sales floor is full, zoned, and in stock for guests, with a focus on product presentation and price accuracy.
• Process all inbound deliveries, complete backroom audits, and maintain backroom organization and location accuracy.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up, and Drive-up, while maintaining a compliance culture.
• Work efficiently and as a team to deliver for our guests, providing a welcoming and inspiring experience.
