Role Overview:
This position is essential for ensuring the seamless and efficient operation of our production processes, aligning with customer requirements while optimizing inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and sustain production schedules to guarantee timely manufacturing in accordance with customer demand.
2. Collaborate with production teams to enhance production capacity and minimize lead times.
3. Monitor and manage inventory levels to maintain optimal stock, preventing both excess inventory and stockouts.
4. Implement inventory control strategies to boost inventory turnover and decrease carrying costs.
5. Work closely with sales, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure prompt and accurate order fulfillment.
6. Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components, maintaining strong communication to swiftly address any issues.
7. Analyze production and inventory data to uncover trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
8. Generate reports and track KPIs to provide actionable insights to management.
9. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and company policies.
10. Drive continuous improvement by collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement best practices.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical), or Supply Chain Management.
- 2-3 years of direct experience in supply chain management, focusing on production planning and inventory management.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data interpretation.
- Experienced in utilizing inventory management software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Capable of multitasking and adapting to changing priorities.
