Gable Search Group is seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to lead our manufacturing plant in eastern Tennessee. This is a key leadership role that plays a critical part in the success of our 24/7 operation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of establishing production goals, driving Continuous Improvement initiatives, and taking a proactive approach to problem-solving. As a leader, you will have three direct reports and be responsible for ensuring production goals are met while maintaining high-quality standards. A bachelor's degree and at least five years of experience in a management or leadership role in a high-speed, high-volume manufacturing plant are required. Experience in the food, beverage, packaging, assembly, or pharmaceutical/medical device industries is highly desirable. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative environment focused on improving employee morale, training, and development.
