Job Title: Home Health Speech Language Pathologist

VNA Health Group is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in providing high-quality care to patients in their homes or alternate community settings within Essex County, NJ.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to assess and evaluate clients for speech and language therapy needs, develop and implement appropriate plans of action, and provide counseling and teaching strategies to promote positive outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and evaluate clients for speech and language therapy needs
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of action
  • Provide counseling and teaching strategies to promote positive outcomes
  • Monitor quality and appropriateness of services provided
  • Adhere to agency infection control and safety policies
Requirements:
  • Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with CCC-SLP certification and Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • 2-3 years of prior clinical experience and community-based experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills and communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid NJ driver's license
