Job Title: Traveling Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Traveling Executive Chef to join our team at Compass Group. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing all culinary functions for a dining account, managing and leading a team of associates, and ensuring the highest level of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage cost controls and control expenditures for the account
  • Plan and create all menus
  • Purchase and manage inventory
  • Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary team
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Culinary degree preferred
  • Three to five years of culinary management experience
  • High volume production and catering experience is essential
  • Previous experience managing cost controls
  • Desire to learn and grow with a top-notch foodservice company
