Job Title: Garage Porter

Parking Management Company (PMC) is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Garage Porter to join our team. As a Garage Porter, you will be responsible for monitoring parking lots and garages, performing operational duties, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor parking lots and garages to ensure a safe and secure environment for customers.
  • Perform operational duties as required, including but not limited to, directing traffic, assisting with parking, and responding to customer inquiries.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve company goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Customer service experience.
  • Physical ability to walk 8+ miles in a shift in all types of weather.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Ability to work independently.
