Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care through telephone triage, education, and support. This is a unique opportunity to work with patients who have implanted cardiac devices, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized telephone support to patients with implanted cardiac devices, addressing their concerns and providing clear guidance.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and other specialists to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Educate patients and families about cardiovascular disease management, empowering them to take control of their health.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and communicate effectively with healthcare teams.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry advancements.
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in cardiology or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
