Paralegal - Estate Planning Administration

The Nagler Group is seeking a skilled Paralegal to join their team in North Shore Massachusetts. This role focuses on Estate Planning Administration, requiring 4+ years of experience in Estate Planning or relevant law firm exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with attorneys to coordinate meetings with clients for signature
  • Provide exceptional client services, including answering calls, emails, and distributing mail
  • Manage case files, both physical and electronic versions
  • Prepare agreements, conduct deed research, and prepare deeds
  • Assist with setting up client bills on a monthly cycle

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in Estate Planning or relevant law firm exposure
  • Strong client services, document preparation, and E-filing skills
