About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Counselor to join our team at Vinfen. As an Awake Overnight Counselor, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with Brain Injury or behavioral conditions in a small group residential setting or an individual living arrangement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medication under the Medication Administration Plan (MAP)
  • Implement treatment plans and assist individuals with activities of daily living
  • Provide direct support and guidance to individuals with Brain Injury or behavioral conditions
  • Participate in nightly cleaning and filing duties
