About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team of therapists and support staff who share a passion for delivering exceptional care to children with complex needs. As a Speech Language Pathologist Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of assistants and certified fellows to provide comprehensive speech and language services to children in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of speech language pathologists and assistants to provide high-quality clinical services to children with speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each child
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination
  • Provide education and training to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A master's degree in speech-language pathology from an accredited program
  • Current licensure to practice as a speech-language pathologist in the state of Texas
  • At least 2 years of experience working with children with speech and language disorders
