  • Make adjustments to functional parts and control instruments to enhance performance.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

  • Completion of a one-year technical program and three to five years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Ability to foresee potential issues and implement preventative strategies.
  • Capability to innovate and improve work processes.
  • Experience in providing technical guidance and leading safety initiatives.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities based on business needs.
  • Excellent multitasking and communication abilities.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, pushing, pulling, and bending.
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Requires manual dexterity and coordination.
  • Near visual acuity is necessary for equipment operation.
  • Must navigate various departments within the facility.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism in high-pressure situations.
