Position: Market Executive Assistant


As a Market Executive Assistant, you will play a vital role in the loan application process by interviewing customers to gather essential information regarding their loan requirements. You will be responsible for taking loan applications, processing them through our specialized system, and facilitating loan closures in the absence of the Market President or Senior Loan Officer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review all loan documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date commercial loan files to minimize documentation exceptions.
  • Act as the Executive Secretary for the Market President and/or Senior Loan Officer.
  • Manage special projects and coordinate the preparation of Advisory Board Reports.


This position requires a significant level of trust and diplomacy, along with the ability to exercise normal courtesy and tact. The role involves extensive personal interactions and may require motivating or influencing others. Building and nurturing strong relationships with external contacts is essential.


Experience in commercial loan processing is advantageous.
