Mechanic Team Lead

Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Mechanic Team Lead to join our team in Savannah, GA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and complete tasks to meet service and delivery schedules.
- Assist management with supervision and instruction of aircraft technicians in proper procedures and techniques.
- Assess strengths and weaknesses of subordinates and provide guidance and growth opportunities.
- Ensure all required components are ordered for timely availability and perform engine runs as required.
- Maintain a current knowledge of Aircraft Service Changes, Customer Bulletins, and inspection schedule requirements.
- Perform required periodic maintenance and necessary servicing of all aircraft mechanical systems.
- Perform post and pre-flight inspections and troubleshoot mechanical malfunctions.
- Follow standard operating procedures when operating ground support equipment.
- Assist in maintaining work schedules and updating of CMP cards.
- Review daily job charging to ensure accuracy of charges to aircraft.
Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge of inspection and heavy maintenance of mid/large-size aircraft.
- Advanced working knowledge of pertinent technical reference materials.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
