Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and review policies and procedures to enhance facilities management and ensure operational success.
  • Oversee financial management for the FM team, including expense tracking, employee costs, and forecasting.
  • Coordinate budget planning with senior leadership to align financial resources with operational needs.
  • Ensure a strong partnership between BBC Operations and Facilities to maintain high occupancy levels and resident satisfaction.
  • Guarantee the safe execution of maintenance activities in line with contractual obligations and safety protocols.
  • Manage vendor contracts for maintenance, repairs, and renovations, ensuring compliance with service-level agreements.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in facilities management, business administration, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 15 years of experience in facilities management or residential property management is required, with a preference for experience in the military housing sector.

Physical Requirements
