- Support residents with tube feeding and catheter care as necessary.

- Carry out basic nursing tasks as required.
- Assist with resident mobility and transfers, utilizing proper techniques and equipment.
- Create a safe and comfortable atmosphere for residents, addressing their needs promptly.
- Document daily living activities and maintain accurate resident records.
- Adhere to established policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Participate in ongoing training and educational opportunities to enhance care quality.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned.
- Accurately document patient information in electronic health record systems.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare practices.
- Proficient in safe medication administration.
- Experience with tube feeding and catheterization.
- Knowledge of senior care principles and practices.
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems.

- Prior experience in a nursing home or senior care environment is advantageous.
