About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry connections and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including carriers, partners, and vendors.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve business objectives.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 per year, plus uncapped commissions based on performance. Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must be currently living and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the insurance industry.
