Cleaning Specialist

As a Cleaning and Maintenance Specialist with ABM, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of assigned areas. This includes cleaning and dusting furniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, machines, and equipment, as well as moving cabinets, boxes, furniture, crates, and equipment to clean areas. You will also be responsible for cleaning interior partition glass, windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, washing and replacing blinds, gathering and emptying trash, sweeping walks, raking leaves, cutting grass, removing snow, and performing other incidental seasonal tasks. Additionally, you will be responsible for wiping and cleaning tabletops, chairs, and equipment in food areas, and servicing, cleaning, and supplying restrooms.
