Estimated Salary: $115,000 - $135,000 per year (based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week)

Job Description:

As a Travel Nurse RN Home Health with Tact Staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to patients in their homes. You will work closely with our team to ensure that each patient receives personalized attention and support to achieve optimal health outcomes.

  • Nursing Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Implement medical plans of care, including administering medications and performing treatments.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote healthy habits and disease management.
  • Evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A current RN license in good standing.
  • At least one year of experience in home health or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic life support certification.
