We are a leading provider of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) therapy, an FDA-cleared, non-invasive treatment for Major Depressive Disorder and other mental health disorders. Our centers operate through over 130 locations in the United States.
**Competitive Salary and Benefits**
We offer a competitive salary range of $43,840 - $50,480 per year, based on education level and prior experience, PLUS a generous benefits package including 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and medical/dental/vision benefits.
**Job Description**
Primary Responsibilities:
- Administering TMS or esketamine therapy, in accordance with all provider-established clinical guidelines and protocols.
- Monitoring all aspects of TMS and esketamine treatments to ensure patient wellbeing and clinical accuracy.
- Reviewing and administering psychiatric rating scales (i.e., PHQ-9, QIDS-SR16) to patients, as applicable, to benchmark treatment progress and ensure continuity of care.
- Identifying and resolving any issues related to patient discomfort during treatment using FDA pre-approved guidance from device manufacturer(s) or applicable medication protocols and in accordance with all clinical provider directives.
- Delivering exceptional patient care at all times by demonstrating empathy, developing trust, utilizing reflecting listening, and providing support to a vulnerable patient population.
- Recording all treatment session notes and documents in EHR, collaborating with other team members and/or providers as needed.
- Scheduling patients (both over the phone and in person), as well as conducting patient checkout procedures including collecting applicable co-payments and relaying discharge instructions.
- Maintaining understanding of general insurance and billing procedures to support related workflows and requests, as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred, not required) and at least one year of experience working in a patient care or mental health office setting or operating room setting.
- High School Diploma, Associate Degree, Medical Assistant or other clinical certification may be considered with additional years of solid work experience.
