We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Therapist to join our team in Coalinga, California.
About the RoleThis 13-week contract position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced therapist to work with clients in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a Clinical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality therapy services to patients, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' mental health needs
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of patient progress
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology or a related field
- Licensure as a Psychologist (licensing requirements vary by state)
- Proven experience in therapy settings, preferably in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong ability to work effectively in a team environment
