Job SummaryAnalyze and answer requests from policyholders or internal production and marketing personnel for information concerning insurance policies by performing the following duties:
- 50% Client/Policy Services: Service Commercial Lines policies and build relationships with insureds.
- 30% Renewal Marketing: Market groups with under $10,000 in revenue with no affiliation of a larger account and prepare formal renewal presentation.
- 10% Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals.
- 10% Determination: Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results.
Directly supervise 1-2 Client Associates, assigning and directing work to Client Associates. Ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
RequirementsAt least three years related insurance experience and/or training, preferably handling multi-line, large commercial accounts or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must hold applicable state insurance license or have the ability to obtain such within 90 days of employment. Must be able to obtain insurance designations as set forth by the organization's education plan.
