Our Vision:
We are committed to creating a frictionless experience for clients and providing cutting-edge tools to our advisors. Our in-house marketing team generates approximately 20,000 new client requests per week, exclusively for our advisors.
Client Acquisition:
We use a data-driven approach to find and be found by motivated clients who have a need and desire to buy life insurance. Our system includes targeted direct mail and digital content that goes out to homeowners, who can respond through an online link, QR code, or by calling in to request a consultation.
Client Fulfillment:
As a client advisor, you will have access to our technology-driven CRM to connect with clients who have requested a consultation. Our system will set a virtual appointment from home or anywhere, and our full-time advisors will connect with 10 to 15 families per week.
Advisor Compensation:
The average compensation is about $1,000 per issued client application. Our top advisors will protect 15 to 20 clients per week, and you will earn overrides, bonuses, residuals, and all-expense-paid incentive travel. You are vested from day one, and you may qualify for equity incentives or an agency contract.
Expectations:
This position is remote and combines the freedom and tax benefits of being an independent contractor with the ongoing support and coaching from our team of experts. You will be accountable for your activity and results, and rapid advancement into leadership is available.
