Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Marketing Specialist to join our team in the Neurosurgery division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical marketing, sales, or a related field, with experience working in the medical device industry. This role requires a deep understanding of neurosurgical devices and procedures, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute global clinical marketing plans to support the growth of Stryker's Neurosurgery business
- Provide expert-level customer presentations on Stryker's Nico technology for pre-sale opportunities
- Consult with customers on complex patient case analysis and provide clinical input on product use and therapy-related questions
- Develop clinical sales and training materials for the global field organization, technical support, and marketing teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or BSN/RN required
- 4+ years of work experience in a related field
- 2+ years of medical device, marketing, or sales experience
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this role is $85,500-$182,100 per year, plus bonus eligibility and benefits.
