About the Role

As a Physical Therapist Evaluator at Paradigm Rehabilitation, you will play a critical role in helping our patients achieve their care goals. We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate professional to join our team and provide exceptional care to our pediatric and geriatric patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to identify patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Utilize a variety of techniques, including exercise, stretching, and manual therapy to promote patient recovery and rehabilitation
  • Educate patients on proper exercise techniques, pain management strategies, and preventative measures to prevent future injuries
  • Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and provide guidance and mentorship to support their professional growth
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 1+ years of Physical Therapy experience
  • 1+ years of Supervisor experience
  • Current Physical Therapist license in New York
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to travel consistently throughout the working location
