Electrical Superintendent Job Description

Trillium Staffing is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to join our team in Valdosta, GA. As an Electrical Superintendent, you will be responsible for leading and directing electrical crews on large commercial and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise electrical crews, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Oversee electrical installations, ensuring compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and company standards.
  • Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in electrical construction, with 3+ years in field leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of NEC and electrical codes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Verifiable references and previous work history in similar roles.
