Trillium Staffing is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead our electrical construction projects in Valdosta, GA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the electrical installation process, ensuring compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) standards, and managing a team of electrical crew members.

• Manage and coordinate electrical construction projects from start to finish.
• Ensure compliance with NEC standards and company policies.
• Lead and direct electrical crew members, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns.
• Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project success.

• 8+ years of experience in electrical construction, with 3+ years in field leadership.
• Strong knowledge of NEC standards and electrical codes.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team of electrical crew members.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
