Sanitation Technician - Pinnacle Health Services

Schedule:
  • Monday - Friday 10:00am - 2:00pm
Compensation:
  • $15.15 per hour
Overview

The selected candidate will be tasked with maintaining cleanliness in a commercial environment and will either work autonomously or collaborate with PINNACLE personnel, as instructed, to ensure the property is managed and cleaned effectively. The ideal candidate will be diligent, dependable, a cooperative team member, and exhibit a positive demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dispose of waste materials appropriately.
  • Thoroughly dust and polish various surfaces.
  • Conduct vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping of floors and carpets.
  • Clean and sanitize sinks, toilets, and washbasins.
  • Wipe and polish mirrors, shelves, and fixtures.
  • Maintain cleanliness of glass surfaces, both interior and exterior.
  • Restock paper and soap dispensers as needed.
  • Oversee the cleanliness of the building's exterior, including all entry points.
  • Organize and securely store cleaning materials after use.
  • Deliver professional and courteous service to all clients, staff, property management, and visitors; promptly address staff concerns.
  • Report any hazardous conditions or situations requiring more extensive cleaning to the Office, Site Supervisor, or Manager.
  • Comply with all company and site policies and procedures, reporting any safety risks to the supervisor.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Uniform shirts will be provided and must be worn during work hours.
  • Able to comprehend and follow both verbal and written instructions.
  • Capable of working independently without direct supervision.
  • Must be able to sit, reach, stoop, bend, kneel, squat, stand for extended periods, and lift heavy items as necessary.
  • Regularly required to ascend and descend stairs and ladders.
  • Dependable, highly organized, detail-oriented, courteous, friendly, hardworking, and professional.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks, perform well under pressure, and handle repetitive duties.
  • Must frequently move heavy equipment weighing up to 20 lbs.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
  • Proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus.
